Please note, that we have been getting some really nasty support tickets from members that we refunded their withdrawal requests back to their accounts. 

Many THREATEN to tell others we are a scam or accuse us of NOT PAYING.

Well folks, that simply is not how we operate.

We process EVERY withdrawal request.  If you followed the rules that we have laid out in detail in every location we can place them, you will know that if you request anything in BTC, ETH, your email address, a payeer or perfectmoney account id or similar, we WILL REJECT IT and refund it back to you.

Now, regarding threats like I mentioned above...we will suspend your account on every platform we own if you threaten to leave a bad rating or otherwise thas is not factual.  If we have done something wrong, we will fix it.  If you have an issue, open a support ticket.  If your account got suspended, it was for a reason.

Also, anyone accusing us of being a "Liar" or a "SCAM" because you received less than you expected in your withdrawal request and didn't pay attention to the transaction fees for the crypto they selected will also find their account terminated across our entire network.

Do not land in the wall of shame because YOU didn't follow directions or did something like the above mentioned.

We are a legitimate business and play by business rules in a grown up world.

This is not a game and we don't take things lightly.
