Hello, why can't I top up my purcase balance with cryptocurrency?

I select the Cryptocurrency method, write the amount, press Submit, next on the completion tab of my order, I click the button, the page refreshes and I go back. Why can't I complete my purchase? Administrator, please check and fix it. Thanks

The platform is working fine for other  members.  We have received 3 deposits via cryptocurrency already today with no issues.

I cleared the cookies and browser cache, tried Google Chrome, Opera and Mozilla. I have a problem everywhere.

Not sure if it was a CoinMkr.com API issue or what, but it was not a consistent thing for the users.

I just tested it and it worked fine.

Please try again and let me know the issue still persists.
