is there any deadline for PTSU offers?

I'm waiting 4 days now for the 'Xpress Viral Mailer' offer to be credited but's still pending.

PTSU offers from other members get reviewed and approved/rejected by those members and not the admins.

If the owner of the PTSU offer has not responded either way after a few days, the system will automatically approve the application.
