Hello again
As promised, we are providing an update on the state of FaucetWave as it pertains to potential country bans and some positive news about it.
As you know, in our last newsletter, we mentioned that we were having to explore banning entire countries from the list below:
- Russia
- Nigeria
- Pakistan
- Indonesia
- Ukraine
GOOD NEWS!!!
After a lot of painful support tickets and helping members in telegram that had accidentally clicked on the cheat link we implemented for PTC ads, we THINK we have it under control now, or at least enough to avoid having to ban entire countries from the list.
This does not mean that we won't have to revisit it in the future if the click and withdrawal fraud picks back up.
The last thing we wanted to do was block entire country segments. Our primary goal is to provide long-term sustainability in the platform to ensure its success and this means taking any steps necessary to ensure it.
So here is where we are today....
During the last week, we have eliminated 1,408 fraudulent accounts and have now gotten the daily withdrawals of LEGITIMATE users only that are being processed. It took a few days to get the fraudulent ones isolate, but so far, for the last 3 days, we have been paying out our REAL members just like we should without issue.
As a few housekeeping notes, here are some new anti-fraud countermeasure that have been implemented.
- More accurate Proxy/VPN scoring to more closely inspect actual tunneled connections.
- A cheat link has been placed in the PTC advertisements to prevent auto-click software from clicking on all the ads automatically. The ad is clearly labeled in English "DO NOT CLICK".
- Additional Firewall rules have been implemented to block specific, known IP address segments that have been blacklisted on the internet.
New Rules on the cheat link that has been implemented, so please take note...
If your account is suspended, you MUST access our telegram group in the FaucetWave Support topic for us to review your account to determine the reason it was suspended. We will review it and make a determination if it can be unsuspended.
Please use the following instructions on how to access the telegram group. NOTE: If it is your first time visiting the group, the moderation bot requires you to click to confirm that you are not a bot or it will kick you from the group after 2 minutes automatically and you will have to rejoin it again.
Make sure you do not post your support issues in the main group where we welcome new members. A specific topic for support that was mentioned above is where you need to post it.
We handle admin tasks once per day only. If you requested help after we have completed the daily admin tasks, it will be the next business day before we can assist.

We have also implemented an AI chatbot virtual assistant that is present on every public page for FaucetWave.net where you can get assistance 24/7. The chatbot is still being trained and knows answers to a variety of questions and can even translate into your native language. If your account has been suspended, then you will not be able to open a support ticket from inside the members area. You can use the AI chat feature to request assistance. You will see a blue circle on the lower-right area of each page for your convenience.
There is also a self-learning knowledgebase being developed where useful articles will be available to help you with questions you may have about our platform.
Lastly, let's talk about TrustPilot and NASTY comments and language...
We are more than happy to try and assist you and review any issues you may have. This does NOT mean that you can leave negative reviews and send horribly nasty messages to our admins just because you didn't follow directions on using our system or accidentally got blocked because you didn't bother to read the text of the ad you clicked on.
This will not be tolerated and will immediately eliminate you from any chance of getting your account unblocked or reviewed.
We are here to help but we don't have to put up with abuse and won't.
Thanks and here's to a prosperous future
