Unfortunately, we were getting about 2 or 3 withdrawal requests per day from members with balances like $1.50 or so that were requesting PayPal. That resulted in the balance owed being a negative amount once the fees were assessed.
It is impossible for us to pay someone with PayPal without accounting for the currency conversion fees and any merchant fees associated with the transaction. As a result, we decided to suspend using PayPal at this time except for funding your account.
Because members do not read the disclaimers at withdrawal time and pay attention to the fact that the withdrawal they were requesting would result in a negative amount, we just decided to disable it until there is a better solution to prevent that behavior.
We are sorry for the inconvenience and can hopefully re-enable it at some point.
